Click & Collect

For Click & Collect, you may pick up the order at a time from your choosing from our office on: Main Office for Click & Collect

14 Washington Street West, Cork City, T12NCF2. The front desk is open from 9am until 5:30pm on working weekdays for order collection. Please allow a few hours prior to collection for us to prepare your order. Your order can be retained for a maximum of 7 business days, so please collect it within the timeframe.


We offer two delivery options in the Republic of Ireland (ROI), Tracked and Standard shipping. Outside of ROI only Tracked shipping is offered.

With Tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking ID in a separate email after receiving Confirmation along with a link to the courier’s website to track your order. The delivery time is 1-2 business days – most commonly next day after the parcel is collected by the courier – but please note that during busy times, i.e Christmas, service delays may occur. Therefore we ask you to note that the delivery time is an indication, not a guarantee. If convenient for, we may also deliver the parcel locally instead of sending it via courier for expediency and will contact you via email or SMS to confirm. We charge €5.99 incl VAT for Tracked shipping, it is provided free of charge for orders over €49.99.

With Standard shipping, the order will be dispatched as a regular letter carried by AnPost. You will not receive any tracking ID after your confirmation. The letter will be delivered to a mailbox. The delivery time is 1-2 business days. Most commonly it is delivered next day after the parcel is collected by the courier. Please note that during busy times, i.e Christmas, service delays may occur. Therefore we ask you to note that the delivery time is an indication, not a guarantee.We charge €2.95 for Standard shipping.

Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order every day with the exception of Fridays and days preceding public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday or on a day preceding a public holiday after 8.00am, the order may not be shipped until the following business day.

Customer Returns

Under Irish and EU law you have the right to return products you purchase within 14 days of receiving them.  This is known as the cooling-off period under The Distance Selling Regulations (Please see to read up on your rights as a consumer).

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.

You need to contact us (preferably contact us via within the cooling off period to let us know you are going to return the items.  You don’t have to give us a reason under law.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, within the 14 day cooling off period, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

What cannot be returned

In some instances, “The Distance Selling Act” does not cover returns :

-Goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

-The goods seals have been broken by you and cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.

Our nicotine pouches are always freshly produced, as we acquire them directly from manufacturers. Therefore, they are not liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Under the contract, you are liable to take reasonable care of the products. Storage of nicotine pouches is specified in the package normally as ‘storage in room temperature’. If we have reason to believe that reasonable care has not been applied to the product in terms of temporary storage, which may compromise the product, we reserve the right to not refund the product. In addition, we cannot refund returns for products with broken seals, since they cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.
